My Experience, My Passion

I like many of you, saw my dreams fall short.  I hoped to play in the MLB.  I would like to blame that on injury, but who really knows if I would have been good enough to make it.  However, since my career ended, I have made it my goal to ensure that no player that I work with sees their dreams fall short.  Obviously there is no way my goal is achievable, but, hey, I played baseball. I have to strive for perfection and at the end of each day, learn from the failure.  This website and blog is my chance to share my journey in helping the players I work with become the best they can be in all aspects of baseball.

Separate from my coaching, currently as Director of Player Development and Recruiting Coordinator for Eckerd College, I co-founded and ran the New Orleans Sports Performance Institute and am co-founder and president of baseball for FlexPro Grip.  Player development has always fueled me, and I look forward to sharing my insights, findings, and ideas with the world.
